Then I had a boot for six weeks. Still in pain. I’ve tried physical therapy and cortisone shots. I’ve tried inserts and heel pads. I also have plantar facistis. I have very tight calves and I am always stretching. My podiatrist has taken three xrays and discovered I have bone spurs too. But no MRI yet. I finally asked my PCP to refer me to another podiatrist I go next week. In the meantime, now my right foot has falling asleep - but only the right side of my right foot is numb. It goes back and forth between feeling like pins and needles are stabbing me and it feeling just numb and uncomfortable. I just heard about the Mortons Neuroma and I’m not sure if I have one or not. All I know if I’m tired of these issues and just want some relief. I’m tired of taking pain meds as they don’t provide much relief. I am frustrated and don’t know my next steps. More later… Comments
