To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Anxiety Disorder (GAD) This is a disorder I have been recently diagnosed with. One day I had a panic attack, not sure what was going on I assumed I was having a heart attack May sound ridiculous but I didn’t call for help as I was too scared to do anything. To my surprise the attack slowly eased after 5 hours of panicing. Since that day all was fine till it almost happend again, fearing for my life again I tried to stay calm. For 9 days I paniced day after day over bizarre fears (when I look back but at the time was so real) with syptoms: no appetite, severe stomach pains, trouble sleeping. It consumed my thoughts and I created unrealistic thoughts and assumed I had some kind of serious disease. After seeing my doctor, I realized that it was only Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and a simple medication took care of everything.
