It increased dramatically once I had children and I have struggled to find answers to help it. I wanted to try everything under the sun before going on a medication. I went to counseling, changed my diet dramatically cutting out all processed foods as well as sugar, dairy and a lot of things. This helped but it did not take care of the problem. By the 3rd month, I could do more in my life being that I would not become so overwhelmed with the daily activities occuring. I would recommend MonaVie to anyone that is desperately trying to find something natural. It cannot replace therapy if needed or eating right because those can also play a vital role.
