I suffer from GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder). I also have depression and ADHD For 19 years I have been on Ritalin. I am now addicted to it. I also take tranquilizers, sleeping tablets and antidepressants. However I am very tired of life. Here is my story.

I wake up in the morning and take 50mg amisulphuride with 10 mg Ritalin. After about 2 hours I take a Zopiclone to calm down and hopefully relax. After about 4 hours I take my next ritalin with 1/2 Cipralex and after another 2 or 3 hours I take a zopilclone. After 4 to six hours I take another Zopiclone to sleep at night. If this doesnt work i take an alzam. I am in a real mess and I cant get help because I live in Africa where the goverment does not care about its people. I get terrible pressure in my head and in my ears at times and dont know how to get help.
