He has autism He has been this way for about 7 years. He speaks slowly and walks slowly but everything else is like a normal 10 year old. He attends a public school in a regular class room. He continues with his speech therapy and occupational therapy classes. Matthew’s I.Q. is 139. He wrote a story about himself to his class. The story is called “From the inside out.” So many children and adults do not understand about autism so they laugh or point or stare. His story reflects about how he sees himself. He said what people see on the outside of me is not who I am on the inside, I am just like you. Comments
