To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download my son Antonio I have 6 kids. Antonio is actually my #4 baby. Up until the age of 18months or so, he seemed very healthy and normal?. Its right after that age, that i started noticing a delay in speech, he was not talking, speaking words, he was not able to communicate to me if he wanted, or needed something. I was also taken back by his tantrums and just not being normal. I at this point had 3 older children to compare to, yet with Antonio everything was very different. I at that point did not know where to look for answers. Its not till i started hearing about the condition “autism”. I then started reading and found out where to look for help. I sought the help of a neurologist. After many tests, he was then diagnosed. Now he is apparently waking up and having what seems to be seizures? I am not sure 100% if they are. I do not have any experience with what they are like or what to expect? How they are treated. He is on clonidine to help him calm down and sleep, could that be the cause of what he is experiencing?
