whats going on?

by: Gary on Tue, Sep 25 2007

I am a 65 year old male. After attempting suicide i was diagnosed with bipolar n.o.s. (not otherwise specified) in the hospital. I am taking effexor and lamictal. they help but i still suffer from depression I can usually feel it coming on in my eyes. My eyes get teary feeling. I don’t cry but i wished i could.

Earlier in my life i abused alcohol. i havent drank in over twenty years now. What i have a hard time understanding is this all bipolar or is some of it life induced? I keep seeking answers because i get so tired of feelin sad. Some days i do okay, espedially when i make myself go out and work, some days im pretty down. Well i could go on forever but ill quit for now. Keep learning to take care of yourselves!!!!!!!
