Living with Bipolar Disorder

It has been three years (2004) since I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder
I used to see many hallucianiton, especially one that involved an’evil spirit’. It did not use to follow me around, just sit in one spot.
Later on, I had to be hospitalised (2004) because I destroyed many things at home, thinking I was fighting the evil spirit. this was when I was diagnosed as bipolar.
Later, in Septembr the same year, I fell into a depressive mood–this is probabaly the low of bipolar disorder.
This mood lasted for a year, during whic h time I was very sad.
2006 was a symptom-free year. This year, since MArch, I have been feeling very low, and also seeing hallucinations (not the evil spirit). These days, (DECember 2007) I am feeling more happy and energetic. I surely hope this mood continues.
