During school i suck in my stomach and thats all that i think about all day. My best friend is 96 pounds and she is 16 she eats alot but doesnt gain any weight. I used to be like that and then everyone said that it will catch up with me some day. People are always telling me that i am skinny… well except my best friend she calls me fat on a regular basis but she says that she is just kidding. I feel like they are just trying to make feel better or something. Eveyday i eat one meal a grinder and a fat free milk. Sometimes though i will eat i diet cereal at my house. But if my mom cooks something really good i have to eat it because its so good. Then when i feel full i will go to the bathroom and throw up. I have only thrown up about 20 times in my life in like one year. After i do that or eat something big i do 200 crunches, 200 jumping jacks, 200 squats, and alot more every day sometimes more then once. I dont think that i have an eating disorder i just think that i am watching my weight. Some people might think that i do but i dont im pretty sure of that. I think that i am done throwing up. I will stick to one meal and working out. Comments
