Living with Narcotic Abuse

I had back surgery in dec.2006. came down with breast cancer in April of 07. 6mo. of chemo 6weeks of radiation.In the process I got hooked on narco. I also have copd. for 7days I have been threw hell cold turky. Leg cramps cold chills,hot sweats, body aches, I weigh 82 lbs. I have been threw the valley of death. never again will I touch another pain killer, there is no way the pain could be worse than the withdrawals,, pluss I have smoked for 45 years and my ex.husband ( who is my only suport for now) won’t give me a cig. double whammy.. I need the cig to help but can’t make him understand .

I hope I am almost there…I have 2 sisters one who just died with lung cancer who was hooked also on narco. and the other is still on it. If the good Lord will help me threw this I will never touch another…. I guess I have been on them for about 3 years, with the back surgery.i also have another sister who has back problems who is on them now..She doesn’t have time to talk to me or check on me for she runs a business…. I wish I could tell her what she is in store for. just to cut back or something. Iwas takeing 10 a day 2 at a time and she’s about there also .I will make it threw this I have 2 beautiful grandchildren and another on the way…… thank you
