To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download My OCD and Anxiety I am 17 and believed that i have been trying to cope with OCD since my elementary school years. I meticulously count things and must abide by a particular way of counting(starting at the top left of on object, counting each side and corner and having to end at the bottom right corner) and have several other “rules” for doing certain tasks. It’s quite time consuming and often distracting to my school work. I also am forced to make a slash in all number 7s and 0s or it just doesn’t “feel right”. and when I try to stop doing these rituals i feel very anxious and upset. Even watching others not performing these tasks the way I do stress me out. What can I do to help this? Comments
