To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Living OCD In my life I have experienced so much emotional trauma that it had a result of OCD When I was young I lost my best friend,a mom,a sister,a brother, and a teacher. Its stressful on a child. My father started to jot down behaviors he’d noticed in me, I wouldn’t enter a room unless I touched my foot four times to the floor. I wouldn’t leave a room unless I tapped gently on the edges of my door, and so on. He took me to a doctor who diagnosed me with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Now I live with it every day. Things aren’t as difficult as they were now because I have medication. When you have this you have to take what lemons god gives you and make lemonade. Don’t let your rituals hold you back, just complete them and go. Comments
