Overcame OCD

As a child I used to tie my shoes so tight that i would rip the laces. I used to not go to sleep at night unless my bed sheets were tucked in so tight around me. I would be so worried at night about getting a certain amount of hours of sleep that I wouldn’t fall asleep all night. A few years later some serious scolding by my peers and some great medical help I don’t believe I have any more obsessive traits than your normal person. So all of you out there with OCD and parents of an OCD child, don’t worry, its triggered by environmental aspects as well. So everyone and all doctors that say OCD is not treatable and last forever is dead wrong. Stay strong and just believe you can overcome anything wrong that you want.
