Living with Panic Disorder

it all started when i was running with my aunt i suddenly stopped she asked me whats the matter i told her that i cant breath and my heart beats are really fast. she didnt know what to do. we were in the middle of houses. there was no cars and my mom was not in the country so my aunt started to get worry, then a cab came in front of us so we went with him and he drove us home. we arrived at the house there was no one except my grandmother and my dad and brother were at work, then like after 2 hours until i calmed down. when mom came back i told her everything that happened with me, she told me that we have to go see a heart and lung doctor immediatly so we went there and checked and everything was fine nothing was wrong, then things started to get weird. i had these fast heart beats and cant breathing started to get worse and i started going to the hospital every week and spending the night there and sometimes i could stay for 2 or 3 days. so we went to phyciatrist and told him about everything. he told me that may be panic attack, but they were not cause i didnt have the symptoms of a panic attack like the vommitting or anything so now i dont know whats going on with me and its really hard cause its hard to live and not know whats going on with you.
