PTSD

by: Shana R on Wed, Aug 01 2007

How many years does it take to get over something?
Why do we think we don’t need therapy?
It feels like I ruin everything I have with this illness.
Though I have blame and anger towards the person who brought this upon me.
I have blame towards myself for not getting help sooner.
So My advice is dont try to handle this yourself it does not work trust me. Get professional help!
