“Heartbroken, and lost!”

Hi, I would like to share my sad, but very true story. My husband and I were married for 33 years! I had no choice but, to file for divorce. It just became final! I’m really torn inside, because I still love my husband , and at other times hate him! Well let me rephrase that!

The addiction. Its hell to try and get your loved one to see the damage this disease has caused! I feel so much anger inside, I feel I have lost my Husband to an addiction. And have no idea how i could even try to convince him that he has lost total control over this illness!

We were high school sweethearts. And have a son, and daughter. He seems to have alot of anger towards me because I filed for divorce.
I know he’s in denial!!
