To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Pinky Promise Last night I made a “Pinky Promise” to my child that I would quit smoking, and they promised in return not to ever start. Only problem is I haven’t kept up to my end of the bargin (yet). I’ve been a smoker for far too long but the need to quit is genuine for I am also recovering from a past (TBI). Although I have quit smoking in the past, once after my car accident for near a year and once before and after my pregnancy up to my child was nearly 1 1/2year old but crazy I started back. From my head injury I’ve had many problems with anxiety and depression ever since. That is why I stop taking Chantix and other means “gum, quit lines, inhalers” hasn’t seemed to help me either. Although when I did quit before it was cold turkey and honestly I do feel going cold turkey is the best way but this time I feel that I will simply loose my head even worse if I quit now but still I must… someone please help me. I need some advice fast. Thank you! Comments
